Carat Coverlux Milk SH* 1000g
Graham Crackers 350g
Mini Marshmallows 200g
Proceso
  • Pour Carat Coverlux Milk into desired form used to make the bark.
  • Add a layer of graham crackers by placing on top of the chocolate and pressing down.
  •  Put a thin layer of chocolate on top of the graham crackers and smooth out, covering all. 
  • Press the mini marshmallows on top of the dark chocolate. 
  • Place form into cooler (42˚ F) and allow to harden completely.
  • Once hardened, break into irregular pieces.
